About Project Manager

As the Project Manager, you would be accountable for the following:

Responsibilities:
  • Work on the comprehensive project plan that outlines the project's scope, objectives & timeline.
  • Identifying potential project risk and develop risk mitigation strategies by assessing those risks and take steps to minimize their impact on the project.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to project milestones and objectives.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, industry best practices to drive continuous improvement in process initiatives.
  • Facilitate project review meetings and communicate project outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Responsible for confguring critical / high value projects and setting up the process Optimizer tool according to the organization's requirements.
  • Responsible for developing event templates, user roles, permissions, and event parameters.
  • Work on complex project and interpret optimization results and provide recommendations to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
  • Co-ordinate with PMO and Platform to support deployment of the digital solutions.
  • Evaluate Automation process within Source to Contract and co-ordinate with platform and business till fnal deployment.
  • Facilitate change management activities to ensure a smooth transition to any new systems or processes.
  • Oversees project closure process, including fnalizing deliverables, obtaining signofs, conducting project reviews, and capturing lessons learned for future projects.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and coordinating with them on various procurement activities.
Minimum qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 + years of work experience in Process Optimization.
  • Profciency in advanced analytical techniques and the capability to interpret and present complex data sets is an essential requirement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager. PMP Certifcation will be an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Efective time management skills are essential for prioritizing tasks.
